Commencement at ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ College
2026 Commencement Ticket Information

To help you and your loved ones celebrate this important milestone, each graduate will receive six (6) tickets to the Commencement Ceremony, held in the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center.
All guests entering Sturrus must have a ticket. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or reprinted.
Guests without a Sturrus ticket may watch the ceremony via a live video stream, either online or at our designated alternate on-campus viewing location.
Ticket Pick Up
Graduates may pick up their six tickets at GradFest on April 13, 2026, from noon–2 p.m. and 5–7 p.m. in the Wege Ballroom. A student ID is required to pick up tickets.
If you are unable to attend GradFest, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@aquinas.edu to make arrangements to pick up your tickets.
All tickets must be picked up no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026. Any tickets not picked up by this deadline will be released and made available as additional tickets.
If you do not need all six tickets, you are encouraged to share them with classmates who may need additional tickets or return any extra tickets at GradFest when picking up your tickets, so they may be added to the extra ticket pool.
Extra Tickets & Alternative Viewing Options
Graduates may request additional tickets through the , which will be available the evening of GradFest on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. EST.
The form will include two separate options for requesting additional tickets:
1. Extra Tickets for the Commencement Ceremony in Sturrus
- Graduates may request up to two (2) additional tickets for seating in Sturrus.
- Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, while tickets last.
- Students will be notified via email by the Registrar’s Office beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2026, if extra tickets are available and when they may be picked up.
- A student ID is required to pick up extra tickets.
2. Alternative Viewing Tickets (Live Stream in Wege Ballroom)
- Graduates may request up to four (4) additional tickets for the Alternative Viewing Area in the Wege Ballroom.
- The ceremony will be live-streamed in this space, which offers a more comfortable viewing option for guests who may have difficulty with bleacher seating or who are attending with small children.
- Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis through the same form until the room capacity is reached.
For guests who are unable to attend on campus, the Commencement Ceremony will also be professionally live-streamed on .
Accessible Seating Tickets
Accessible seating is available in several areas of Sturrus to provide convenient access to entrances, exits, restrooms, water, and assistance from ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ personnel if needed.
An accessible seating area on the main floor is available for individuals with mobility impacts who request accommodations in advance by May 1, 2026, using this .
Important details:
- Due to limited capacity, only the individual needing accommodations and one additional guest may sit in the designated accessible seating area.
- Accessible seating tickets count toward the graduate’s allotted tickets.
- Instructions for ticketing and arrival times will be emailed prior to commencement.
